Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Blueprint Gaming Limited ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, browses, or otherwise utilises the website located at luckypharaoh.games ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site in any manner, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, and provisions set forth herein. If the User does not agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, access to and use of the Site must be discontinued immediately.

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be construed as a continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision herein.

The User hereby represents and warrants that they are of legal age to engage in gambling activities as prescribed by the laws of their applicable jurisdiction, and that they possess the full legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by this Agreement. Access to the Site by persons who do not meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Site Usage Rules

Access to and use of the Site is granted solely for lawful purposes and strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software associated with the Site;

Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, access control, or authentication mechanism implemented on the Site;
Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation in connection with any gaming activity offered through the Site;
Using the Site for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that contravenes applicable anti-financial crime legislation;
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers or circumventing account restrictions imposed by the Company.

The Company reserves the unconditional right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User's access to the Site at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that the User is found to have engaged in any prohibited activity or to have violated any provision of this Agreement. Such action shall not give rise to any claim or cause of action against the Company by the affected User.

Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their registered accounts. Any suspected unauthorised access to a User's account must be reported to the Company promptly via the contact details specified herein.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information made available on or through the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof ("Proprietary Content"), are the exclusive property of Blueprint Gaming Limited or its duly authorised licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, design right, and database right legislation in force within the United Kingdom and other applicable jurisdictions.

No licence, right, title, or interest in or to any Proprietary Content is granted or transferred to the User by virtue of their access to or use of the Site, except as expressly and specifically authorised in writing by the Company. The use of any Proprietary Content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial reference is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Company.

Users who submit, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the Site ("User-Generated Content") grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site. The User warrants that they hold all necessary rights to grant such a licence and that the User-Generated Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Any infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights will be pursued vigorously through all available legal remedies.
